USAP Server Issue, July 2025
Resolved

Following the SC25.2 software update on July 6th, an unexpected issue emerged that caused occasional disruptions on our USAP servers.
Specifically, certain video calls were unable to fully connect within one minute, triggering rare crashes on the servers responsible for handling real-time communication. When this happened, any calls managed by the affected server were unfortunately disconnected.
This problem was not visible during our pre-release testing and went undetected by our monitoring systems, as the standard alerts did not trigger due to the nature of the crash (no crash logs were generated, and the system auto-restarted).
Once our team reviewed incoming customer reports, we quickly identified the root cause and implemented a permanent fix on July 21st.
Since then, we have also enhanced our monitoring and enabled crash logging to prevent this type of silent failure from occurring in the future.
