On Sunday March 9th, 2025 between 09:00am - 11:00am UTC we will be rolling out a major product update.

During this maintenance period, users may experience an interruption of service.

No action is required by you or your teams relating to this product release. Our Success and Support teams will be in touch to manage any relevant implementation.

The bulk of this release is related to the SightCall VISION platform, however, customers still using SightCall Classic will benefit from bug fixes and call quality improvements.
