USAP Server Issue, July 2025

Following the SC25.2 software update on July 6th, an unexpected issue emerged that caused occasional disruptions on our USAP servers.
Specifically, certain video calls were unable to fully connect within one minute, triggering rare crashes on the servers responsible for handling real-time communication. When this happened, any calls managed by the affected server were unfortunately disconnected.

SightCall VISION Error for some customers

We are aware of an issue affecting the ability for some VISION platform users to login and perform calls in their SightCall environment.
Our operations team are currently investigating and communicating one-to-one with known affected customers. If you are experiencing problems accessing SightCall VISION, please raise a support ticket to via the Support Portal.

[2025-07-10 09:30am PDT] Service is operational and stable now - a small percentage of pictures are still queued up and will be processed within the next 24 hours.
[2025-07-09 11:30am PDT] Pictures captured during a session may error out or dropped - we are working on restoring the stability. Until then we recommend to manually store these captured media.
