Previous incidents

We have made some changes in the SMS providers used in the region which have resolved the issues. We will keep monitoring the impact and evaluate our usage of SMS providers in that region.

SMS Delivery issue has been resolved for US Core tenants.

Users attempting to connect to certain real-time platforms via WebRTC were not able to connect to the call. The faulty real-time platforms were fixed and restarted. WebRTC connections are now fully functional again.

We have identified a faulty API route used by our platform during the user login. This created a bottleneck for other services as well, resulting in performance issues at times when many users were attempting to login. This has been addressed and we expect the platform to be fully responsive now.
We will be taking this as an opportunity to review our platform overall for performance improvements in order to avoid these kinds of impacts going forward.

Our operations team have resolved the issue and the service in charge of processing pictures has been fully restored

The issue is resolved. Traffic was diverted from the faulty server. An RCA document is available upon request
